Building Process
- 1 Meet and share your goals with us.
- 2 Identify a lot to build on and choose a plan that will fit on it.
- 3 Review our estimate of projected permitting and site work expenses.
- 4 Sign a contract to build at the base plan price and pay a deposit.
- 5 Help us position your home on your lot using a topographic survey.
- 6 Work with our designers to customize the features of your home.
- 7 Incorporate option selections into your contract by way of addendum.
- 8 Stay in touch with our team during the permitting and construction process.
- 9 Make construction draw payments at predetermined milestones.
- 10 Move in approximately ten days after an occupancy permit has been issued.
